I so rarely whistle I never noticed if it bothered the resident cat ... ;probably would have spotted it, so suspect the answer is no, Niki. Harmonica playing and the hoover spook my cats.

Whistling, Denis doesnt like that, but neither do I he doesnt do anything drastic just his ears go back, same if I sing....but then again most humans do
He used to run from the sound of tin foil and carrier bags...not too bad now...he runs from people too
