So why do cats LOVE...

to chew on plastic bags...??? Every time I bring in the shopping Jack-Jack heads for the bags and starts to bite the handles or bag itself... needless to say we have moved all the plastic bags out of the recycling bin and up high (higher than he can get to)... any thoughts...??

No thoughts - except maybe move over to canvas or string bags and try to never have a plastic bag in the house. This is a bit of a dangerous fetish young Jack-Jack has

Re: So why do cats LOVE...

I've read that about some breeds, I think it was Siamese. There is a special word for it and they chew things like plastic bags, clothing etc. I think I read it in one of Vicky Halls' books. Perhaps have a look there.

I can't remember why it happens tho!!! Sorry!!!!
