Spike, My Little Bagpuss

Already shown photos of Honey, so I took some photos of Spike just now as he's sleeping naughtily in my Mum's washing basket on the landing.

I'm going to miss him so much when I move out this autumn.. I wish I could take him with me! But he's been here all of his life, absolutely hates being restrained to indoors-only and my Mother is too attached to him.

Every visit home will secretly be just to visit him.

Everyone always thinks he looks so mean and butch in photos! Will here's some to prove that he's not really. C: He's a real cuddle bug, especially since having some teeth removed recently.

Also, is he a brown tabby or a grey tabby!? I can never tell!

Re: Spike, My Little Bagpuss

I do believe he's about 12-years-old now. He's a bit wobbly on his feet and just had some teeth removed as I mentioned, but otherwise is in wonderful health. He used to be prone to cysts and the like but hasn't had any in years, and he is still a keen hunter as I found out the other day.

He has a little cut in his tongue, a split in his ear and had to have loads of matts removed from his fur.. But he's still a loving budle of joy. XD He craves human attention 24/7 and loves a fuss more than anything.

What a lovely boy Spike is Are you off to college in autumn then or just moving out on your own? Either way, I bet you're really going to miss him; I don't think I could leave a face like that behind!
