Re: Daily Shred Thread / New Years Day

Afternoon all. (nearly)
I cooked my roast last night just to take a bit of presure away today. Intend to have a quiet one. In saying that, thought It would be quiet last night but neighbours popped in all night from early on.
Sean should be over today for his meal, he goes back to camp on the 3rd and away on the 7th
Whatever your doing today have a good one and Happy New Year

Re: Daily Shred Thread / New Years Day

Off now to get ready to go to our friends. Hopefully, we won't be too late back and I may get back on later. The children are going with us and since they had a late night last night I think we shouldn't be too late home..

Have a very enjoyable evening all..and behave yourselves

Re: Daily Shred Thread / New Years Day

Evening everyone!!

NO I HAVE NOT JUST GOT UP AFTER A WILD NIGHT PARTYING!! Just been busy sorting my daughters bedroom out today. I got her a new computer for christmas and I bought a flatpack workstation for it. Needed to assemble that, rearrange her bedroom, install a wireless network card, configure all the settings of her email, msn and internet and load all her music and pictures from the old pc she had to the new one!!! Phew!!! If that was not all I then cut up my old kitten/cat calendar from last year and put all the pictures up around her bedroom!! Looks really nice in there now!! She is very happy

Cooking Spaghetti Bolognaise (sp) for dinner tonight and it will be ready soon. After that the tree may be coming down. All seems daft now having a fake tree in my living room full of strange balls on it!!!

Hope everyone has had a good start to 2006 and long may it continue!!!

Will now just log into ebay and search for that elusive item called Wiggy!!

Re: Daily Shred Thread / New Years Day

Well me and hubby have done absolutely naff all today apart from veg out on the settee

Didn;t get in till 2ish this morning from a New Year's Eve party, got up about 10ish had a bath and done nothing all day. It's been lovely, well until Moli discovered she has enough strength in her back legs to launch herself onto the kitchen surfaces Hubby just found her making herself comfortable on the draining board
