Unfortunately we have about 40 minutes to walk to the beach, so as a puppy it was too long, and then I didnt really get down there..

But I think it was march this year she swam for the first time, and since then I havent been able to keep her out of water

And seeing as I have a drivers license and can borrow my dad's car, its sooo much easier to go to the beach...

I wanted to take pics, but its a bit difficult, when you have to throw a wet dummy and have a camera in the other hand

Yeah I know... And I am happy about it.. And I dont even need the car... Luna can easily walk there, have a swim, and walk back..

She's used to walks on 2-3 hours

Do you live far from a beach??

Nearest beach is about 1 hour 15 mins away by car

Argh that's a bit far yeah

No lakes in the area either???

We have a lake close to where we go to dogtraining, I have to put a leash on Luna when we pass on our way TO training.. I cant train with a wet dog for an hour, but she will be allowed in on our way home

No lakes in walking distance , but there are some nearer than the beach!!

My girls tend to go in hte streams in the woods near where we live

Ah yeah we have a little lake in the woods too.. Luna loves that, and we usually end our walk with a swim in that lake.. Its an on lead wood, so have to be careful noones around...
