Jilly's baby

Here is Ruby the other bundle of fluff I have had this year. Jilly actually had six babies but unfortunately the other five all died from fading kitten syndrome within 4 days of their birth. Ruby was the only one to survive and she has been brought up by Crystal's mum not her own. She is the scruffiest kitten I have ever had. I hope she changes her ways as I hope to show her.

Aaawww! She's so like my Teddie (though long haired obviously). What a little poppet.

Persians are very contagious. I started with 1 and now I've got 9 adults and the 2 babies. Ruby is definitely staying with us.

Could have been better but you get through don't you. She is lovely if she would just stay tidy for once. We called her Tilsie Ruby Tuesday because she is a red and was born on a Tuesday. Funny you have called the puppy the same.

Breeding can be very difficult at times. When all goes to plan it is lovely, hard work but lovely but when things go wrong it seems to cause so much heartache, worry and disillusionment

Yes the pup we kept out of our last litter is called Ruby and for some reason my hubby started calling her Ruby Tuesday - don't ask me why as she was born on a Friday and it seems to have stuck
