from an evidentry point of view... the close up picture of the deceased victim show that there are numerous fibres that are long and dark in colour.. from the physical makeup of the suspects I would have to say that the most likely offender would be suspect number 1 however not knowing if the victim has picked up contact traces during the fatal assault or during the process of moving the body from the scene of the crime to the place where the crime scene photographs were taken i can i cant state with any certainty that suspect number 1 is the offender..
I note that the fabric that suspect number 4 is sitting on appears to be of a type could have ibres that would äppear" similar to the trace fibres that are present on the victims body.. if that is the case then then the offender could well be suspect 4 and it is possible that he has in fact been photographed at the scene of the crime... possibly as seen by this picture, still cleaning himself of any trace contacts from the victim.
