Found another house.........Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!! I have found another house to buy and had an offer accepted on it yesterday.  I have a really good feeling about this one and actually prefer it to the first one I was buying  Plus it's bigger with three bedrooms instead of two!!Fingers crossed that this survey comes back ok, then it's all systems go!!! I'm afraid that I don't have any pics of this one, as it never made it on the internet. I was the first person to view it on Monday, had a second viewing on Tuesday with my Dad and then offered on it...............I don't hang around!!! lol

Looks like I might have spoken too soon  A higher offer has been received and the vendor is deciding which way to go. I don't want to get into a bidding war or a contract race, so I'll just have to hope that she has morals and will stick with her original agreement. This is blooming stressful though |
