Emma thats almost a rebuild should be good......did you design it yourself or have an architect (imagine you did something that large) Bet it will look superb.

We had an architect design it, although downstairs we knew what we wanted we had no idea what we could do upstairs.

Oh and we have also had a full width extension at the back (also to go into the roof)
