Thanks everyone, I'm a bag of nerves already and that's just at the thought of looking at photo's on a pc. What on earth will I be like going to the high court. Oh help ma bob  |

Hope it goes *well* - difficult to expressa wish for a situation like this isn't it? I'd say don't worry - hopefully you and the police are on the same side.....but sometimes I wonder |

Jac - it's awful to have to dredge up stuff you'd rather forget. But try to think of this as a positive step towards getting these yobs put away for a long time. If the police themselves are witnesses and there is CCTV footage it's likely that they WILL be locked up. Also - the police really need to get everything sewn up so tightly and their story 100% right in order to secure a conviction. Good luck hun . . . it's not an easy thing to have to do but at least it's just looking at a PC screen. |

Thank you all for your best wishes for yesterday. I didnt manage on as we we were nearly 5 hours at the ploice station. All the lawyers had to be there, then we had to veiw each parade (done on video) alone infornt of there lawyers. So they had to play each one 4 times. It was nearly 8pm by the time I got home, then had to make the meal ect. ANYWAY the good news is we recognised them!!!!! I was really proud of my wee self, even though at one point I started to cry when I saw one of them. I sont think there lawyers left in as happy a mood as we did. On the way there the CID guy that picked me up was saying the PF wasnt happy that were were being made to go through an ID parade given all the evidence that they have. They think it will go to trial after the year. |
