Have you started using the 'SAD' light box? If so, have you noticed any improvement?
Will be interested to hear how it goes

SAD stands for Seasonal Affective Disorder Kazz. It's a type of depression people get through lack of sunshine at this time of the year. The special light is supposed to help.
