Re: Dogs, dogs dogs

The other dog walker who shared the field with us has packed in the dog walking due to ill health. As much as we all got on and like eachother, it is a bit of a releif tbh. She tended to arrive with too many dogs at one time, they were all a little stressed and unstable, having been crammed in the back of a van which crreated some problems on the field.
Now we have fewer numbers on the field, dogs are much less stressed and we are able to control things much easier and have put several routines in place.

The ones you have there seem to get on well together, I'm not too sure what's happening in the last two pics where little Rayne appears to be pinned down!

Re: Dogs, dogs dogs

Hugo is trying to take a ball from her mouth, they play like that all the time. They do all get along well but there are times when they can all get a little too excited which is when a playful nip can turn into a bit of a scrap. So when we see them begining to get too hyper, we call them all to us, get them to sit and one by one we get them to do something else for us, such as a short wait, a lie down, just something to break the excitement.
