Re: I have a disaster....

Isn't it irritating when that happens..................hope you are sorted now. I would try and save some of the water in a clean bucket Moli otherwise you will almost be starting with a new tank the bacteria is in the water and the filter medium. And with the stress the fish can do with all the help they can get.

Re: I have a disaster....

Oh no! We went through this awhile ago! I hope your tank is not too big. I know what it's like to frantically be saving fish and your floor at the same time. This is half the reason we turned the garage into the fish room so if it happened again the water would run down the driveway and not into our living space. Sigh...hope he finds one on short notice. What did you have in there?

Re: I have a disaster....

Thats the fish back in their new home at last....I kept a bucket of water from the old tank, and have the equipment from it too.....Got it all set up, to find the heater had also gone kaput!! but luckily we have an aquarist society which is open on a Sunday, so off went hubby again!

I have my two huge parrot fish in it, they are about 6 years old now...
