It's a Singapura - a breed of cat. Dandysmom had one, she posted a pic a while back, they're stunning

Re: can i ask a dumb question?..

Hey, Tink, you know I couldn't let this post go by without a pic or two of my Dandy boy himself! Puras are a small breed, but very solid and muscular, people were always surprised at how heavy he was when he jumped on laps! Look dainty and fragile, but tough as old boots! They are extremely people-oriented and playful, get along wonderfully with other cats. Dandy never met a dog, but probably wouldn't have minded them at all! He adored riding in cars, unlike every other cat I've owned...would stick his head out the window! He didn't mind a vet trip because he got fussed over so and then all those new smells to investigate...

Doing his meercat impersonation:

çloseup - copy of a snapshot, the color is a bit off

Heheh I can see just how stunning he was now, having seen some others up close! The shape of their eyes is very distinctive, almost 'flat' in comparison to some cats. Their coats are lovely too
