Well Roxy is home now and busy growling at Shannon and Tate. I am only introducing her to the cats a few at a time. Don't want to overwhelm her with my mad lot. My friend took these two pics just before she left her house. I haven't managed to take any yet but I thought you might like to see these. Hope you all like her.

Thanks you two but you wouldn't believe the growling that comes out of her. I think Shannon is uite upset that she won't play. Tate just looks at her as if to say 'You'll want me soon enough' and licks his lips. Bless him.

What colour is she Kay, she looks like my seal point siamese...I do not know anything about Persian colours..

Almost right Moli. She is a Seal-tortiepoint. Original a Black Persian was breed to a Seal point Siamese and that produced a litter of black short haired kittens which all carried the colourpoint and the longhaired genes. The mating was done again this time with two different cats, same colours resulting in the same kind of kittens. Kittens from these two litters were then bred together resulting in some longhaired kittens with the colourpoint/ Siamese coat pattern and blue eyes. Obviously more Persian type was bred in over the years. And that is how the Persian Colourpoint was developed.

Thats amazing Kay, diid not realise what it took to get a certain colour....Must admit she is my favourite colour, love the darker points....Looking forward to watching her grow....
