A stupid question maybe

How long does it take for a worming tablet, ie. Millbemax, to take effect?
After Eva's little bout of upset, I have wormed both cats. Although Eva doesnt have the runs now, I am still a little concerned as she just doesnt quite seem herself again yet. Its the little things, you know, perhaps a little more grumpy than normal, coat apears just a tad shabby/less glossy. She hasnt had a poo today at all.
Do you think I should maybe get her checked over or am I over reacting?

Maybe it will take her a few more days to pick up after being poorly?

Cassie is usually 'off colour' and quiet for a few days after her worm tablet........as DM says, give it a couple of days.......
