So, are you going to make some? I love Peking duck when you wrap the meat in the little pancakes with the sauce, but generally think wraps are sort of messy....stuff falls out when you're trying to eat! (OK, I'm picky! )

I may well try - I think there's a knack of folding the wraps so that stuff doesn't fall out - the ones I used to buy for lunch from a well-known store here never used to fall apart! I agree about the crispy duck - which is not the slimmer's option though unfortunately!!!
