New exercise regime

I tried this out, a bit taxing at first but I liked the way it motivated me. Hope you like it as much!!

Hilary

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Re: New exercise regime

Is it like a Dynaband? Sort of pilates/resistance exercise? I rate them very highly

Re: New exercise regime

I expect it's the same sort of thing as a Dynaband, DM. Mine is yellow and smells of chocolate!!!

There is something online called the Thera-band Academy! But you have to register to get instructions for the exercises. Not sure if it's not meant for health/fitness professionals as I expect it would attract lots of "fit spam" which I don't need!!!
