If I go back in Feb. 2008 for the top up it covers for 20 years my arm is still aching and I cannot lift it up past my middle but this will pass x

We had to go back for our booster after a year and were told it lasted for 10 years....

When I get injections I wiggle my toes. Found that helped. Glad all went well.
