Simon wouldnt leave my knee all night if i moved he followed. He hasnt had anything to eat or drink this morning but has been for a wee. I think your spot on yola i think controllable at least. I dont know what i should expect from him he keeps whimpering realy quielty.

Sounds like Hepatic Lipidosis, cats can recover from this but it is a very long slow process.
