Re: Trouble coming to terms with my loss

That's lovely. It really is. I have my 2 departed friends in little cat-shaped urns on my basement dresser. Many people think it's odd but to us it means they remain part of the family; within our home. What you have done is very meaningful and something that will help you both come to terms with Ollie's loss over time.

What a beautiful picture! As other have said, the picture itself is gorgeous; the blue sky, the blossom, and he really looks very happy up there What a wonderful way to remember him.

Re: Trouble coming to terms with my loss

So sorry - I had a young cat killed by a car many years ago. I know how devastated you must be.

I still miss her.

Hope you find it easier as time passes.

Only just catching up with this thread. So sorry for your loss Chris, I lost a cat to an RTA many years ago and it still makes me feel sad. That photo is absolutely gorgeous and she will never be far away, a lovely way to remember her, I hope it brings you some comfort.
