Daily thread - Sunday

Anyone need a bucket or two of rainwater? Goodness we've had a lot in the last few days, including a total cloudburst when I was 50 yards from the car yesterday Talk about a drowned rat - I had to change all my clothes, underwear included, it just went straight through. Thank goodness it wasn't cold and thank goodness it was only one minute to drive home.
Finishing the pre-packing today, otherwise just chillin and working down to holiday mode!
Hope everyone has a good day.

Morning everyone!

After torrential rain and thunder last night.......it is still raining this morning!
Hopefully we'll get the promised sunny spell later!

Nothing special planned here for today....just a bit of this and a bit of that!

Enjoy your day all!

Morning!
Quite overcast here today..its all so quiet (still got house to myself), everyone *petswise* is heaped up in strategic warm spots around the house..and its all still silent!
Still feeling 'iffy' myself and really don't think this new medication is ever going to agree with me-been nearly a week and still no imrpovement! so maybe will have to make appointment to pop n see the specialist again.
Not much planned today..thinks i will be naughty and order a takeaway as i am not cooking today..i intend on lazing around with dvds on all day!
Got a phone call from the poor long suffering husband of my aunt (one with the kittens-shes really a second cousin, but was brought up by my great grandparents-very complicated family) as he is incharge of making sure i'm away in ma's abscence (her n a few of the witches of eastwick, aka female members of the family have had to scoot of down south on a family matter-ridiculous) and he told me of how the kittens arereally starting to scoot around and becoming slightly more independant now!
Saturday is the day im going, will be going early in the morning and staying till fairly late-so lots of time for kitten pictures and videos for y'all.
Enjoy your day all!

"Raining all over the world" apparently; we had a downpour last night, but the sun's out now, although quite chilly: 67 degrees! To the market, had lunch & am working on the difficult weekend crossword when I get off Catsey. Luke: sorry you're under the weather still, hope you improve soon. Looking forward to Kismet and other kitten pics!!
