At last! A use for that sharp stick! Thank goodness - it's not the sort of stick to remain idle.
As somebody said - one area loses, another gains. Aren't some charitable organisations/branches thereof inept?

(imagine everyone looking for a cat in Stourbridge finding themselves bamboozled and shap stick-prodded into taking three! )
