Plea from Diddydawn

Got this from Dawn, so if any one can offer any help.......

Just had a phone call from a hospital who is inundated with kittens. There are about 20 of varying ages and I think he said there are 4 adults. I asked him how big the kittens were and he said they are about 4 inches long x about 5 inches high
That really tells me a lot
Is there anyone out there that has room to take on some kittens? They are feral so will need taming down, some are quite young so ideally I'm going to try and get the mum with the little ones until they are old enough to go.

It's been a nightmare the last few days
I am going to have to try and squeeze these in when I can and try and arrange when I can go over, I've got so many cats to sort at the moment, it's driving me batty

Re: Plea from Diddydawn

What area is dawn in Elaine?

Are there any other rescues that may help her out on this one? I know everyone is in the same position, but even if some people took a couple in - it would help...

Oh poor Dawn She's got her hands full. It's not something I can help with at this point in time sadly - much as I would love to. Please wish her luck Elaine.

I wish I could help as I am fairly near but I just can't at the moment. If I hear of anyone who can I will get in touch with Dawn. Good Luck.

She's in Scotland I think

Wish I could help. I hope she get some assistance soon. Sounds like she's up to her eyes in it.

She's doing a wonderful job though

I think Diddydawn lives in Flintshire, which is in North Wales.....

Good luck to Dawn in finding help with these kittens...

Re: Plea from Diddydawn

Yes she is in North Wales. She has posted on other forums for help, she is involved with her local branch of the RSPCA and knows several rescues in her area but as you say Smudgley, every one is in the same position. This year has been particularly bad.
Yola there may be some semi persian kitten on the way if your interested???
I dont post all of Dawn rescues here, but sometimes you just never know where help may arrive from so I figure there is no harm in trying to help her out a little by spreading the word a little farther afield as she doesnt have the time to sit on Forums like I do.
