Re: Will some one give me a new home when I am better?

Oh I do hope this little chap is OK and that he can find a home. I know from experience that the strays are often the most loving, grateful and gentle kitties - genuine companions. Freddie's face shows that he has had a hard life - he deserves a warm lap to call his own. Elaine, I can see how you were so touched by his story.

Someone I once knew adopted a CRF cat that had to have all his teeth removed. He managed just fine, looked a little like an old man without his dentures but still got through all his food very well.

Poor little man. I'm sure he'll feel much happier with the nasty teeth out though

Do keep us posted Elaine - I love this little fella

Re: Will some one give me a new home when I am better?

I'll give Dawn a call later for an update but I think it's this friday that he'll be in the vets. I'll ask for some updated piccies, if she can find time to do them.

Charlie, how much do you love this sweet old fella? Enough to foster/adopt maybe?

In some respects I am glad Dawn and I live so far apart but in others i wish i lived closer so i could help her more.
Fraddie and Lucas, I just love them both.

Re: Will some one give me a new home when I am better?

Dawns update on Freddie.

The gorgeous Freddie is home and fine
He is now toothless but was very, very happy to see me bless him
He was purring like a little trooper, tankling on his bed in the vets and rolling over........I think he may have been stoned on the painkillers
Anyway, his bloods are fine, he's had an FIV sent off and he's polished off a full tin of a/d since coming home
