Minsky the Hot-Water Bottle

I fell asleep on the couch yesterday afternoon after coming home from work feeling rotten (sore throat, general head cold) and woke up 4 hours later to find Stravinsky asleep on top of me. At one point he was dreaming and was making little "mrrp, meep, meeewwrrrp" noises and twitching his snout and whiskers, was very funny! I think it was my laughing at him that woke him up! These photos are taken on my iphone so not the best quality but it was such a lovely moment, nothing like a cosy cat to help you get over a cold!

Those are such precious pictures!!! I just love the colours too; I know the grey/rust combination is simply by chance but it just compliments Stravinsky's coat so perfectly

I hope you feel better soon m'dear.

Re: Minsky the Hot-Water Bottle

Thanks Yola, Minsky must know the red colour brings out the best in his coat too; he's always curled up sleeping on it Maybe he was just using me as a hot water bottle?!

Hope you feel better soon meep. Minsky makes a wonderful "nurse" - how very kind of him to keep you cosy!

Good pictures considering the contortions you must have gone through to take them.

That's absolutely the very best sort of hot water bottle! Bless him nursing his poorly mum; hope you throw off that nasty cold soon!
