Hello

I found this place when I was googling for the side effects of synulox, and decided to stay. My cat has been fighting and got a split ear for his trouble.

Pete is a rescue cat. He was straying, unneutered, in Dunbar, fighting and stealing food, and generally causing a commotion. The good folk at Lothian Cat Rescue took him in in April, patched him up, neutered and chipped him and got rid of his worms, named him Pete, and then I came along in July and he agreed to come home with me.

This is him roughly 15 minutes after I got him home - you can see he wasn't anxious at all. No hiding behind the furniture for Pete, he just had a sniff around and went to sleep. He still has that ex-stray habit of thinking he's hungry ALL THE TIME, even when he's just been fed, but other than that he's just perfect in my eyes.

Hello Kirsten a warm welcome to Catsey...

Lovely photo of Pete .... he definitely looks quite at ease there with his paws tucked in.

Looking forward to hearing more about him...

Re: Hello

Pete - superb name for a cat, love it!

And you're so right about the ex-strays having "empty belly syndrome"

Welcome to you both.
