You can feed cats raw but as he is an older puss he may be reluctant. I would use a complete that suits him and then give some fish or raw chicken or frozen pet mince there are lots of varieties out there Tinned sardines and pichards are good ( in oil )as long as he is drinking when on the dried. This would be better imo than wet cat food and if it gets him to eat his medication go for it.

his id never feed raw, he can not eat biscuits now due to his condition so his going to just have packets & nice ones lol!
