Cloudy and not as warm today, 25 C (77 F), 80% chance of t'storms this afternoon. We could use the rain, not the pyrotechnics! Nothing new here, the usual market run and watering the veg bed. 4 tomatoes set and flowers on the chili peppers! Kazz, hope you enjoyed the get--together at work.Yola, love to see the 3-D artwork too! Tink, interested in your report on the bird sanctuary. Dentist, Moli ... ugh, so sorry! And you too MrsH, I detest needles. CM, enjoy the horse trials, we'll miss you at the quiz. Marmite... never tried, have a feeling I wouldn't like it.. Angie: I've heard of umami, the Japanese word for a taste that's difficult to describe: neither sweet, sour, salty or bitter. But was not aware there was a paste... how do you use it? Hiya Girls, Been a wet and cold day here today, after a bit of shopping at Tesco I've been home just pottering around trying to keep busy.The vacuum cleaner doesn't need emptying so often now, wish it did tho  . Having a think about holidays later this year, something to focus on that is pleasant and keeps me a little more happy than I have been of late. Always thinking of Posh tho, and trying to stay positive, will be 2 weeks gone tomorrow. No more sightings, no news at all (sigh)... |

Evening all - normal boring day for me, work and then gym - haven't felt quite "right" today so I didn't do much down the gym. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. |

Another round of leaflets Nette - keep her at the forefront of people's minds, especially as more folk will be around this week, with it being 1/2 term. Art update - the 3D didn't quite happen . . . we have sand, hills and sky. Later this week the plan is to populate the beach with people, parasols, wind breakers etc  Nice big pic though, I stuck 4 sheets of A3 together making *runs to check* A1 I think! |
