My OH has one a day too. He's moved to Tesco own brand, which are considerable cheaper, unless you find Benecol or Flora on offer.

I know Flora is now doing a special milk with the 'plant sterols' as well as spread and yo-drink. They all seem to work.

I haven't had mime tested since I retired; it was borderline high then. I do eat a lot of tomatoes and prawns and use olive oil in a lot of my cooking, also use the Benecol spread.
