I just wanted to..

..share with you all the plant that we put on top of Tigger's grave (it's almost been two weeks now).
We were in a bit of a hurry when we picked this out..my OH suggested we go to the home supply store across the street right after we PTS so we had a limited selection but I think we made a good choice considering the condition we were in at that point.
I know nothing about plants but it's called a wax leaf privet. Seems to be a basic shrub and should bloom white flowers in the spring/summer. It's also supposed to be able to withstand cold temperatures so I really hope it makes it.

My mom is making a plaque to put below it with some kind of tribute on it as well.
Just thought I'd share as I just managed to get a pic of it now for my mom.

I don't know that particular shrub, Tink, but it looks very nice as a living memorial to Tigger. And if it's anything like the common privit, will have small sprays of sweet smelling flowers. May it flourish!

That's a lovely memorial for a sweet boy. I have privet hedging at home . . . not sure of the exact variety but it is very hardy.
