Vibes For Tiger-Lilly and Advice For Me

Tiger-Lilly has had 2 bowel movements this morning but since then she has been straining to go toilet. What could I do to encourage bowel movement until I can get her to the vet tomorrow morning?

Do you have any liquid parafin? If you do, I'd give her 1 ml and see if that helps, you wouldnt want to give too much too soon incase things go the other way.
Failing that, do you have any oily fish? Some sardines or something maybe. Make sure she has lots of access to water to help soften and pass motions.
Could be that she has a blockage caused by a fur ball.
Try not to worry too much, if you stress, so will she. I'm sure she'll be fine till you get her to the vet.
Healing vibes all the same xxx

I have softened her dry food up and she had some wet to help she has been drinking but its really odd as she was fine earlier.

I'd probably remove the dry food all together for now.
Could she have eaten something she shouldnt? Anything such as elastic bands, pen tops......

She has an obsession with fur, if she sees a bit of fur she will eat it, I try stop her but she just spots it and gulps it before I get the chance to get it off her.

It's most likely that then, liquid parafin should help shift it. The vet will best advise on the correct dose. I'm sure she'll be fine, try not to worry.

I feel so bad for her cause she keeps trying to go bless her. I will give her some more wet food aswell and I think I'm going to start giving them all a mixed diet of dry and wet because they are all on dry apart smokey as he has a sensitive tummy so he has wet and Tiger needs to lose weight she has gotten so big again, she looks like she did when she was pregnant. (obviously she isn't)

I hope it's just the fur and a furball; the paraffin should help. Sardinea a good suggestion also. Poor girl. hope she moves soon. I'm not a dry food fan at all. Were the two earlier movements hard and drier than usual?
