That's a stunning pic, Moli! Are they passing thru, or do they overwinter there in your area? We have some resident Canada geese here, but we get great flocks of them going South...lovely to look up when you hear the honking and see the big vee...doubt if I could get a pic, they're very high!

We have a nature reserve just across the fields from us, they come back to it every year, and spend the days in the fields near by...Our house is right in the flight path...
I saw them in the distance, just pointed when thery got overhead and clicked...

I do BC, love all birds, especially at this time of year when all the youngsters start coming to the feeders...

I've only just started to be interrested in birds, but have a love for all living beings. I have sent off for info from the rspb so I can learn a bit more. We get the usual garden birds here also owls and kestrels
