Tesco home shopping

OKay finally had my delivery from Tesco. Was booked between 10 and 12. What time does it arrive?!!!! FLAMMIN' 1:30 grrrrr and the cat litter was missing

Just played holy 'ell with the Home Delivery Manager and guess what? In all their generosity they are gonna refund me my £4-99 delivery charge...awww bless 'em NOT!!!

Also forgot they are gonna send someone over to deliver the cat litter for me after 3:15

Tesco home delivery was meant to save me agro but today it's really caused more stress than anything.

You're not having much luck with this are you Nae? I've never used it but your experiences don't give me confidence..............if you put things on your list then you need them - it's not optional!

Re: Tesco home shopping

The first 2 orders I placed with Tesco Home Shopping were great, infact one of my orders was an hour early but these past 2 orders have been a nightmare and doubt very much I'll use them agan in a hurry

Re: Tesco home shopping

That's annoying Nae.......surely it doesn't take a lot of thinking to put together a shopping order Maybe it would help if they were told to double check each order if they can't get it right

Re: Tesco home shopping

Well it turns out the cat litter was put into another customer's box

The most annoying thing is....I only live 2 streets away from the store

Re: Tesco home shopping

I had a Tesco delivery and they missed loads off. I've had Sainsbury's ones since and they're much better.

Sorry you've had such a bad day of it Nae . . . at least they will re-deliver the litter!!

Re: Tesco home shopping

Just waiting for the cat litter to arrive then I'll be happy.

I'll stick to the old days when I used to drag OH and the kids shopping
