Never gonna happen, but...World: disarm all nuclear weapons. Country: enact strict gun controls and lower speed limits. Town: recycle!!! Edited: oops, missed that it was 5! But these are my biggies!

The World, That families eat one meal a day together at a table, that children everywhere have access to education. My Country, I agree Speed limits, gun control, life means life.

hmm, world - education for all, no guns at all. Country - completely reform the social work department, proper jail terms, make exercise compulsory for all children (an most adults if I could lol)
