LOL Hilary!!! A bit of Fifi is actually featured on one of the photographs in the house details. Funnily enough, she's sleeping on the rust-coloured blanket  It's when they've just parked a van-load in the litter tray and you can't shift the smell for love nor money that they can possibly become a liability in a house sale  Thanks for all your comments though - he is a sweetie pie that cat.
