New Kitten

A friend of mine has kittens ..again

Any way at first I refused one until I see them and well I had to take this one coz he needed a vet and I'm a softy ! Anyways we've been to vets and started his jabs and the vets says apart from his obvious fault he's perfectly healthy

In about a month or 2 when he's bigger he'll have an op to stitch up the eye socket (unless he gets an infection) He's had an antibiotic just in case but it apparently looks clean

My other half wasn't too happy when I told him I'd got another Kitten but he's fallen in love and declared that he's going to be his cat LOL

No name yet but we're thinking of Sparrow after Captain Jack Sparrow, my son is Jack so we can't call him that ! LOL

Re: New Kitten

What a cutie - glad to hear that he's well apart from his eye. I think Sparrow is a good name for him, he could even wear a little eye patch (not really!)

Any chance you could convince your friend to have her cat spayed???

Re: New Kitten

oh Bless you, thanks for saving this little one ,but your friend sounds irresponsible I'm afraid

Please encourage her for the sake of the mother cat to get her spayed, Hope little Sparrow gives you lots of love in return for your kindness.

Re: New Kitten

She is getting her spayed asap She knows how I feel about and even admited that she hoped I wouldn't turn up til they were gone !! I have told her if she books and pays i'll take the cat for her ( she can get a discount coz she's on benefits) fingers crossed !! They will neuter Sparrow at the same time as his eye is sorted. Skitz has just been done so I've only got this kitten and my puppy to get done and my house is safe at last ha ha

Re: New Kitten

You sound like a sensible and loving mum, and a good friend
Sparrow is going to be a cheeky little fella, he's got the look of a chirpy chap, I loves gingers I do.
