Watson

Have found and scanned these pics of my gorgeous Watson. He was so beautiful - a heavy, handsome classic tabby & white, symetrically marked with white.....all four feet and with long back stockings. He was such a loving boy - seemed to purr from morning to night.
He lived a happy healthy life and died on the day Jill Dando was killed. He had been ill for a couple of days and was obviously fading; I knew the time was drawing close but unfortunately he collapsed, panting and vomiting at the top of the stairs on the one morning I was obliged to catch the early train to London. My OH had to take him to the vets for the last time and he is so soft he couldn't stay with him till the end. However, I had a realy good vet then (as I do now) so I'm sure his passing was peaceful - if he was even aware of his surroundings.

So, sad little piece over, that was only a tiny fraction of time at the end of his life. Here are the pics, the first two putting Min in her place and the last an elegant (if slightly over-exposed) head shot. Enjoy!
