amazed i like.....

... dry roasted pumpkin, sunflower and seaseme seeds!
they had some reduced in my local health food shop, to 29p a packet ( mixed).
I have a nut allergy, so cant eat nuts. The lady behind the till saw me looking and said theyre really nice. I wasnt convinced, but for 29p thought i would give it a go.
When i got home i still was sure they were going to taste awfull, but soon as i chewed them i was really surprised, theyre actually very nice, so something I am going to have as my snacks from now on, instead of crisps.

elliot doesnt think much of them though, lol

Re: amazed i like.....

Go easy on the seeds - they are quite high in calories! - it's "good fat" rather than "bad fat", so healthier than crisps, but it's still fat. Sorry...
