Shall we wait a bit to see if anyone else is coming?

We are way behind US in designer rolls/sandwiches! Many years ago when I was at art college in Croydon, there was a sandwich bar there - new experience for me (1970's). My fav was banana, honey and cream cheese on wholemeal. I feel a bit yucky thinking about that now!

Fresh strawberries?? It's the cream cheese thought that's a bit cloying now.

I hope to be making the ultimate chocolate cake for Easter! Please wish me luck!

Other fillings I love -
pastrami and gherkin on Rye
peanut butter and nutella on anything!
roast chicken and tomato sauce on white toast
bacon and cream cheese with tomato on garlic bagel
vegitarian tikka on hot croisant

Oooh I'm going to stop now
