Thanks PP Looking forward to doing it. I've never done any sort of sewing, just about know how to switch the sewing machine I was given on lol, but going to make new cushion covers, curtains etc and getting a new piece of carpet for the floor.

That's smashing Alex so Blue will be featuring in your colour scheme then Alex.....look forward to deciding what you call the van.
As there will be you and hubby the two girls Ranger and possibly another dog shortly what about "The Ark" as everyone goes in two by two........

Lol, love it! Will put that suggestion to the family in the morn. We had considered calling it the tardis, but that's the cars name

Oh yes, blue will be the predominant colour. Spent the evening finding out the ins and outs of painting walls and cupboards in a caravan. Not sure whether to go for bright white or a pale blue.

I'm sure it will look like a little Palace, Alex! I was going to ask if you were a needlewoman, but you've said no - so I wish you all the best. I've finally bought a new sewing machine after being without for years but I'm only making dog bed covers so far!!!

So far we're thinking white walls, royal blue cushion covers and curtains and red cabinets, and then wee union jack cushions etc and red accents lol. Not sure whether to go for a carpet or lino.
