Third eye lids are normelly a sign that something is not quite right. If she was mine i would take her to the vets just to be sure. She may still be surrering from the cold and may just need antibiotics to totally get rid of.Better to get her seen and be sure she is not starting to fall ill.Caught in time bugs and virus can be knocked on the head before thet take hold of your cat. |

Nat, I've always taken my cats to the vets as soon I've seen the third eyelid. As Sam says it's usually a sign that something is wrong and it's better to get it treated early. |

I'm late coming in on this but agree with everyone else - it is a classic sign of a cat being unwell. Doesn't nec. mean anything serious - but def unwell. Do her ears feel hot? She might have an infection and you can often guage a temperature from the ears. Sure she'll be fine, give her a cuddle from us all |
