My wee Madison

Hi to all on Catsey. Thought you might like to see my Madison. She sleeps peacefully in the crib that my three children slept in when they were tiny babies. Madi never cries or wakes at night and is a great "baby" to have.It certainly makes a change from my three who suffered dreadfully from colic and were terrible sleepers when they were babies.

Re: My wee Madison

Yes, she is sweet. I am really into reborning. Madi has fooled a number of people as she looks very real, especially when she is wrapped up in a crib. She weighs just over 6lb and is the size of a newborn baby. The only problem is that my kitties also love lying in the crib on top of her. Poor Madison.

Re: My wee Madison

Oh no angieh, Madi is a reborn baby, but she is a very real looking sculpt and has fooled a number of people.including a police officer who stopped me to do a random breath test recently. I had Madi in a baby car capsule in the back seat and he congratulated me on my wee baby girl. As I am a nana to 4 wee ones, I was flattered, but I didn't dare tell him that Madi was a doll.

Me too Angie, feeling right daft now, after being a midwife for 20 years you'd think I'd know the difference but this 'doll' is amazingly lifelike.

Re: My wee Madison

Wow! I thought this was real baby too.

I have to say, I find them a little disturbing as I am close to someone who had a still born newborn many years ago. I can appreciate the attention to detail on them but still ....

Lol, i thought Madi was going to be a Cat !
Then i thought is she a baby or a reborn.
I am aware of reborns as i am a doll collector.
I collect antique and vintage

I would be interested to see step by step how you create a reborn if you ever felt like recording it with pics and sharing
