Experiment

Well, I'm thawing some king prawns for my meal tonight and I thought I would experiment to see if the kittens liked them.
They did.

Do you think I should write it up as a scientific experiment or do you think it has been proved previously?

Re: Experiment

I think I may have read one or two papers on the subject so I suspect others have tried and successfully proved the case for compatability between cat and prawn

Re: Experiment

I think as long as you had a control group ie possibly a "siamese" then you should be able to write up the experiment and be given a goverment grant to aid further studies into other feline - shellfish comparisons.

Re: Experiment

Oh well i have made an observation too-how Clementine tends to turn up from any place, anywhere (despite if she's been out and about.) when Prawns enter the scene!
I agree with Kazz, definatley think you need a siamese control group just to make sure the goods are high enough quality to be consumed by a posher puss!

Re: Experiment

I think your control group is too limited to a single breed: suggest you add Abys; sure you will be able to get funding from a university..this could make a very interesting paper and might even appear in"Nature" Good luck

Re: Experiment

Can't contribute to this experiment as I think prawns are yuckie and wouldn't feed them to my poor babies, lol!
