I would get her done when the kittens are 6 or 7 weeks old, providing she has maintained her condition & weight well.

Wow!! it's a good job they have homes I really like those blue torties!!!!!! Super kittens and they look nice big babies too

Mum is very pretty!

Regarding speying as long as the kittens are fully weaned, mum's milk has dried up and she is not in call again then it should be fine...
