Daily Thread - Saturday

Morning all. Some blue sky here, but not expected to last long! Esther and babies all made it through the night ok .Went in to give her breakfast, she used the tray during the night and she came straight out to me for a pet then ate some food. Lets me pick up the babies no problem. She is such a lovely girl! Girls have kids club this morning and then we have a family activity this afternoon, some sort of gardening thing happening up at the town park so we will be going to that. Hope everyone has a good day!

Re: Daily Thread - Saturday

Morning all, the sun is trying to shine through here after the miserable day we had yesterday.

I'm absolutely shattered, have been up every two hours in the night to make sure the babies are latching on and feeding. So far so good so fingers crossed.

Really must catch up with chores today after the last few days of spending most of my time with Ria.

Hope you all have a nice weekend

Re: Daily Thread - Saturday

I have a bad sore throat this morning AND was very late to bed after quite a bit of wine AND I ache coz my trainer made me do lots of pilates yesterday; and doesn't my body know it today!!!

Painting and decorating on the agenda today. Weather is in turn bright/blustery showers. Might pop down to New Look as I can now fit into sizes 12/14 I can start buying a few fashion bits for summer

Have a lovely Saturday all

Dry but very blustery here again - wouldn't trust it not to pour at any time.
Bentley brought #5 of the mouses yesterday whilst i wasn't here and apparently wailed and wailed because he couldn't present it to his 'Maaaam'. Nothing today, so I guess he has cleared out the whole nest. Poor things but they should keep to their name and stay in the field.
Missed the farmers market yesterday but have a joint of brisket marinading in a pint of ale, ready to cook for tomorrow, which will, apparently, be a really awful wet-all-day day.
Yola! - well done. That'll cheer you up no end.

Sunny and delightfully warm; think Spring is finally here! Have seen quite a few Cabbage White butterflies, but saw the first Tiger Swallowtail today on the way home from the library: definitely a sign of Spring. Although it's supposed to rain tonight and be quite chilly tomorrow, our Mothers Day. Enjoy your Saturday, all! http://images.google.com/images?q=tb.../butterfly.jpg
