Great photos Moli. We used to call them Mrs H Pheasant and Mr C Pheasant! Sometimes get them here in our garden, but mainly years ago when we were holidaying in Eire.

pheasants

we used to get a lot on our caravan park and we would feed them, they used to come up to the door and bang on it for bird seed they dont half make a racket at times though! we named the chap haggy (the haggis lol)

Ahhh, pheasants. Reminds of the time my mum went away and left me in charge, they had just let the baby phessies out of the rearing pens. I felt bad that they had been abandoned to fend for themselves so starting giving them chicken feed in the mornings. My mum came home to find about 50 of them camping out in our garden, oops!
