Sunny Saturday.

Good morning everyone.
Saturday early evening here after a pleasant day, but tomorrow is meant to be very windy and hot.I'm pleased that all of you seem to be having some warmer weather now.

I've been taking the cardiologist's medication faithfully every morning and trying to eat foods that are classed as low potassium. So far, so good. I can feel that my BP is still low as I still get dizzy if I move too quickly, but I definitely feel better than I did and the noise of my heart beating in my ears has lessened. I'll find out more when I have my BP taken and my blood test done on Tuesday.

Didn't do much yesterday (Good Friday), but my cousin came round and we gave each other an Easter Egg and watched a DVD. Today I went to The Funky Pumpkin, a vege shop, but unfortunately they didn't have any blueberries which I have a real craving for .Bought some feijoa (spelling ?) instead, which I have never tried before and they were actually quite nice. The dietician recommended them the other day, as they are very low in potassium. Nothing is open tomorrow, but will buy some more on Monday.

My cousin has gone to the casino tonight for a meal, with her son and his partner.She's hoping to win some money, so I hope she does. She'll ring me when she gets home.

PAMELA, I'm so pleased that you were able to spend that day with your dad last week. How thoughtful of you, and I'm sure he appreciated it.It's great that you now have a few days off work and i hope you have some decent weather. I bet you enjoyed your earlier run yesterday.Steven must be thrilled with his new motorbike. Did you manage to get your bike cleaned ?

SHELLEY, hope you are enjoying your time off work over Easter.It's great that you're getting some sunny weather as well. The pups will be enjoying it too.

KAZZ, hope you and Gert are enjoying your Easter. Have you finished reading about Genghis Khan yet ?

YOLA, hope all is well with you and your family.The boys will be looking forward to their Easter chocolate, I'm sure.

Well, I'm off now to sort out a few Easter Eggs for Janna and the grandchildren who are coming round tomorrow.Have a good Saturday everyone and enjoy the nice weather.

Morning and evening everyone.
Another sunny day, hurray.
I'm off work over Easter with nothing planned.
Yesterday I helped out at family church, the kids were making mini gardens.
I then tidied up the small rockery in our garden, it's was taken over by grass.
Put some things in my fb groups and ebay to sell.
I like to have a stash of cash so I can buy any treasures that come along.
Can't wait for car boots to start again.
Dinky, glad you had a nice visit with your cousin, I wonder if she won at the casino.
Have you watched The Chosen?, I can recommend, it was produced through crowd funding and you have to download the app to watch.
Pamela, hope you get the bits needed for your bike and you have a good time off with Steven.
Kazz, nice to know you are around and catching up with the dailies.

Dinky, glad your taking the tablets, not good that you still have low BP though!! I hope your cousin wins some money at the casino!! What kind of easter egg did you give/get? I only like the cadburys chocolate. Not keen on others.

Shelley, sounds like you had a nice day at church yesterday. How is your rockery looking? I really need to weed my garden again.

Dinly i got my bike cleaned yesterday after running 5mile and doing a 5mile walk with the dogs before that as well!! was shattered last night!! We went out for a ride on the bikes tonight to a place called bikers cove which is where the bikers go for coffee and it is right beside the 3 bridges close to Edinburgh so it is amazing to see. I took my mum and dad on a boat tour that went under them all a couple of years ago, was a wet rainy day but we all had a great time!! We also went to see Stevens mum and stepdad on the way home which was nice. Just relaxing for the rest of the evening!!

My dad is coming over for dinner tomorrow so i am making lamb shank, baby potatoes and he wants broccoli so that is the menu!!
