Good morning everyone (evening Dinky)

Its quite dull and overcast this morning. Chilly on our walk. Big change to yesterdays sunshine. Not much planned. Just work then running tonight.

Hope you all have a good day

Re: not so sunny monday

Afternooners,
Pamela glad you told me what chuckie are, lol.
Your bike ride sounds lovely, especially the ice cream and chips.
Church was lovely.
Working today, last week hopefully working from home.
I'm off 2 weeks over Easter then back.

Re: not so sunny monday

Afternoon Pamela and Shelley,

Glad to hear things are well. It's very sunny here to the point I've had to move around the room from sofa to chair and back to avoid being in the very hot, bright direct sunlight. However, the end of the week, when I have a day off isn't looking so good. Shame.

Yesterday we did an over 8k steps walk. I'm really feeling it today, despite doing stretches when we got back. I'm going to have to see doc for a referral for my achilles tendon/heel as that's giving me the most trouble at the moment. Will have to wait for a few weeks until I can get into the beautician for a pedi though. Don't want to expose either of them to my unkempt hobbit feet lol.
