Re: Daily thread - Friday

Afternoon all! Yes the sun is shining on this side of the Pond and it's not as chilly, 17 degrees now. I left the heat on and Leia is thoroughly enjoying the radiator cover; has barely wanted to go on the porch. Did the marketing; forgot I was going to the bank also and got off the bus at the wrong stop (senior moment)!! So will go next week. Doh!! Autumn bloom is starting again on the roses; nice to see them.

Yola: hope both your ailing ones improve...and boots sound interesting ..
Kazz: fingers crossed the massage will help.
DM: one thing to look forward to is that post-menopause the leg/arm/armpit hair stops growing if you don't use HRT!!!

On that note, will leave for lunch and hope all enjoy the day!

Re: Daily thread - Friday

It is my daughter Katherine's 11th birthday today. Been really hectic this evening, she's had a little party with a few close friends who are also sleeping. Only just got them to go to bed, now i'm faced with a load of mess to clean up

Indeed. We were discussing this but agreed that, as exchanges go, fine leg hair was not much of an exchange for wrinkles and grey hair!

Lol, must agree with that, especially the wrinkles, which I have far too many of,,....,but my hair hasn't greyed yet! Family trait, Dad never greyed either. Apparently my body is still producing melanin......
